LCBO Discontinues Plastic Bags
The strong and reusable plastic bags handed out to carry home your liquor at the LCBO will become collectors items after today. The LCBO has announced they are no longer hand out the shopping bags, encouraging shoppers to birding their own bags instead, an environmental move inspired by Nova Scotia’s own tactics.
The LCBO will still be handing out cardboard boxes and paper bags, should a customer request it.
